Wheatgrass is a popular herb that is widely known for its numerous health benefits.  Wheatgrass is a young grass developed from cotyledons of wheat plant, which is scientifically known as Triticum aestivum.  Wheatgrass grows in temperate regions and can grow indoors or outdoors.
